Successfully conducted 2 day training program on “Project Management Fundamentals & Customer Satisfaction”, for the employees of Mindtech, Bangalore (A 25 Year Old Global IT Company), who are deployed at the client site.

Objective

  • PM, Managers, AM and the team members to understand the intricacies and significance of managing a project, effectively towards the organizational betterment.

Participants’ Experience– 6 to 15 Years

Designations– Software Engineers, Assistant Manager, Project Manager (Two of whom have had their successful onsite stints with Walmart, USA and an MNC at UK, respectively).

  • The Concept Phase- Initiating the Project
  • The Develop Phase- Planning the Project
  • Project Execute Phases- Executing, Monitoring and Controlling the Project
  • Project Finish Phases- Closing & Handing Over
