Priya had given us training on the "Nuances of Recruitment" and "Accent Neutralization". She brushed up and polished my knowledge by giving a turnaround view of recruitment and its other important aspects. What I particularly liked about Priya was that she looked at me as a whole as opposed to giving me some exercises and correcting me until I learnt it, which is like spoon feeding. It took a bit of time but she first helped me establish better listening habit. She analyzed my strengths & weaknesses and helped me identify what accent I really had, and the ways to improve it. I would say that Priya has the ability to lead over all, even if it’s a trainee or a CEO of the company, the result would be an almost immediate enhancement in the chosen topic.
